Can Álvaro is a detached villa in Ses Salines, just five minutes by car from our apartments in Colònia de Sant Jordi. If you are travelling with family or a group that needs more space, three bedrooms, a private pool and a barbecue, this villa is the perfect alternative.

Can I cancel for free?▾
Yes. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival in summer (May–September) and up to 7 days before the rest of the year (October–April). Payment is taken at the cancellation deadline. No questions asked, no charges.
Is the villa in Colònia de Sant Jordi?▾
No. Villa Can Álvaro is in Ses Salines, 5 km from the apartments. They are two different properties in different locations, managed by the same owner. The apartments are in Colònia de Sant Jordi, 3 minutes from the beach.
How does check-in work?▾
Self check-in with detailed instructions via WhatsApp. If you arrive late, no problem. No reception to wait for, no rigid timetables. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am (flexible subject to availability).
Why is it cheaper to book here?▾

Do I need a car?▾
Yes. The villa is in a residential area of Ses Salines. You will need a car to reach the beach, the supermarket or Colònia de Sant Jordi. There is private parking within the grounds.
