How much you pay in 2026

For holiday homes and apartments with 1, 2 or 3 keys, the tax is €2 per person per night in high season and €0.50 in low season, before VAT where applicable. Low season runs from 1 November to 30 April, with a 75% reduction. From the ninth consecutive night in the same establishment, a further 50% reduction applies. Children under 16 are exempt.
