AI-powered digital concierge

Using the concierge is optional. When a user sends a message, its text and the recent conversation context are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (United States), the service's technology provider, to generate a response and, where appropriate, check availability. Do not enter card details, passport or identity-document numbers, health information or other sensitive data; please use the stated contact channels for those matters.

Mashuespedes S.L. does not store the literal conversation text in the concierge analytics. It records only minimal technical data and non-identifying categories, such as language, query type, whether availability was checked and which actions were shown. The visible history remains in the browser while the widget page is open.

Anthropic states that data submitted through its commercial API is not used to train its generative models and, under its standard configuration, is automatically deleted within a maximum of 30 days, subject to contractual, legal or security exceptions.
