Can I cancel for free?▾
Yes. Free cancellation up to 12 days before arrival during high season (June–September) and up to 4 days before during the rest of the year. No questions, no charges.
Is there parking?▾
You can park for free on the blue and white lines in Colònia de Sant Jordi. You can usually park very close to the apartments without any problems. In July and August, especially at weekends, it may be a little harder to find a spot right next to the building; on those days, parking slightly further away is usually easier.
How does check-in work?▾
Self check-in with detailed instructions via WhatsApp. If you arrive late, no problem. No reception to wait for, no rigid timetables. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00 (flexible subject to availability).
Why is it cheaper to book here?▾
Booking and Airbnb charge between 15% and 18% commission on every reservation. By booking on this website, that margin becomes your discount. Same apartment, same service, better price. No middlemen.
Is the villa the same as the apartments?▾
No. Villa Can Álvaro is a detached house with a private pool in Ses Salines, 5 km from the apartments. Apartamentos Estanques are in Colònia de Sant Jordi, 3 minutes from the beach. They are two different properties in different locations, managed by the same owner.
